Alliance Girls’ Inter-school tournament attracts 88 players

The Alliance Girls’ inter-schools tournament which ended today evening attracted a total of 88 players from 7 schools.

The event was a 6 rounds, 30 minutes per player and run in three different age categories.  The U18 had 58 players, U13 had 13 players and the U10 had 17 players.

Schools that were represented included Alliance High School, Kenya High School, State House Girls, Dagoretti High School,
Logos Christian School, Beacon of Hope Academy and Alliance Girls who were the hosts.

The top ten players in the U18.
The top 10 players in the U13.
Top 10 players in the U10.

The key organiser of the event was Jackson Kamau who has represented Kenya in the 2014 Chess Olympiad in Tromso, Norway.
