IM Arthur Ssegwanyi of Uganda was the hero of day four during the ongoing Zone 4.2 Chess Championship taking place in Mombasa, Kenya.
He demolished GM Abdelrahman Hesham of Egypt who was 2nd seed in sizzling style. IM Ssegwanyi was the winner of the 2015 edition of the Zone 4.2 and played in the 2015 World Cup.

GM Ahmed Adly continued with his winning ways by demolishing FM Abdalla Abdelazeez of Sudan. He now has 5.5 points out of 6 rounds and is currently leading the pack.
The winner will get a slot to represent Zone 4.2 in the World Cup in September 2019. Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia will be the host city.
