2024 Kenya National Schools Chess Championship
The 2024 Kenya National Schools Chess Championship, held from 2nd to 6th August at Nakuru High School, was spectacular.
Just over three thousand young chess enthusiasts from schools nationwide participated in nine intense rounds across multiple age categories. This gathering showcased the players’ talent and featured fierce competition and numerous upsets, demonstrating the growing prowess of Kenya’s emerging chess champions.
